Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we’ll start preparing it with care and intention. Most orders are processed within a few days, but processing times may vary depending on order volume and inventory. Please note that shipping estimates shown at checkout do not include processing time. Rest assured, we’re working hard to get your order out as quickly as possible.

 International Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Delivery typically takes 10–25 business days, depending on your location. Customs, duties, and local taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility. Shipping carriers may use ground or air transportation.

If customs fees are refused and the package is returned, a shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund. Still unsure? Contact your local customs office before ordering.

Incorrect Addresses & PO Boxes
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not liable for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses or delivery to PO Boxes. If an item is returned to us as undeliverable, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost Packages
In rare cases where a package is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier, we’re happy to resend your order for free. Email us at info@luckybloomcrystals.com with your order number and details.
Please note: We are not responsible for packages marked “delivered” but lost or stolen after delivery.
