We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. There are no restocking fees, and all eligible items can be returned as long as they are not marked as final sale. How long can I get my Lucky Tree?

All the orders are international shipping! Delivery typically takes 10-25 business days, depending on your location. Customs, duties, and local taxes may apply and are the buyer's responsibility. How do I choose the right crystal tree for myself or as a gift?

We recommend choosing based on intention or personality. For example, amethyst for peace, rose quartz for love, citrine for abundance. You can also browse by Zodiac sign, MBTI personality type, or by specific energy themes (like protection, self-confidence, or creativity). Each tree comes with a guide to help you connect with its energy.

Are the crystals real?

Yes! All of our trees are handcrafted using genuine, natural crystals sourced from trusted suppliers. Each stone is unique in its shape, color, and energy, so no two trees are exactly the same—just like you.

Can I customize a crystal tree?

Currently, we offer themed collections (like MBTI, Zodiac), but we’re always exploring custom options. If you have a special intention or combination in mind, feel free to reach out—we love co-creating meaningful pieces.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We carefully package every tree, but if your item arrives damaged, just email us at info@luckybloomcrystals.com within 7 days with a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund—your peace of mind is our priority.

How do I care for my crystal tree?

Keep your tree in a clean, dry place where it won’t be knocked over. To recharge the energy of your crystals, you can occasionally place the tree under moonlight, or gently cleanse it with sage, incense, or sound (like a singing bowl).

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if it hasn’t been processed yet, and we’ll issue a full refund within 1–3 business days. However, once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
